ORIGINAL 1938 super rare CANDID behind the scenes publicity still of director FRANK CAPRA directing JEAN ARTHUR AND JAMES STEWART in the legendary screwball comedy “You Can’t Take It With You.” Vintage stills from this film are very uncommon! Especially compared to Capra’s Mr. Smith Goes to Washington the following year. Glossy, 8.25″ by 10″ — Very good, just minor handling wear and some blemishes to the borders best scene in scan. Reverse with original studio snipe and studio photographer Irving Lippman’s personal stamp. I’ve just acquired an amazing collection of two dozen or so original stills from this film.
